JOB CREATION

Job Creation is much easier than most people think​

 ​

  • We must propose viable ways of creating Jobs. ​
  • We must ensure that the jobs we create are also benefiting mankind 7 sustainable​

​The issue is as follows ​

CONS​

  1. The % of UNEMPLOYED is too large even for all NPOs to manage / assist​
  2. NOT ALL NPOs prioritize this factor​
  3. We need Business’s support​
  4. We can only achieve a small percentage at a time depending on the NPO and its capacity to convince Business of its good intentions and to share what Business may not know is going on out there​​

PROS​

  1. We know of JOB creation possibilities in the COMMUNITY CIRCLES which include but are not limited to​
  1. Service Delivery  Benefitting our environment and surrounding​
  2. Vegetation  Benefiting the impacts of high prices and availability​
  3. Community in Blue  SAPS NEED Security Company’s and NHW’s, but Volunteers are scared to join no remuneration​
  4. Partnerships with industry that can provide the FUNDING for Tools and Machinery and community leaders provide the TRAINING for Artisans through experts​
